FEE PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR CONTINUING AND FRESH STUDENTS

FRESHERS FEE PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE, 2023/2024

  1. Use your Admission Number stated in your admission letter as a reference for payment of fees as follows:
  2. Pay your Hall/Hostel Fees in full at any branch of Zenith Bank.
  3. Pay your School Fees in full or at least 60% at any GCB Bank Branch.
  4. An Index Number and portal password will be sent to you via sms afterwards. Use this index number as your Student ID Number for all subsequent transactions.
  5. Pay your SRC Dues at any Zenith Branch (details in admission letter)
  6. Visit the students’ portal (app.htu.edu.gh/portal)
  7. Log-in with the Student ID Number and Password (received after payment of first fees)
  8. Follow the steps in the Course Registration Menu to begin course registration.
  9. Select your courses (where applicable) and click on the “Register” Button.
  10. Save a copy and print it out for your reference.

CONTINUING STUDENTS FEE PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE, 2023/24

  1. Pay your Hall/Hostel Fees in full at any branch of Zenith Bank
  2. Pay your School Fees in full or at least 60% at any GCB Branch
  3. Pay your SRC Dues at any Zenith Branch (details in admission letter)
  4. Visit the students’ portal (app.htu.edu.gh/portal)
  5. Log-in with the Student ID Number and Password
  6. Follow the steps to the Course Registration Menu to begin course registration
  7. Select your courses (where applicable) and click on the “Register” Button.
  8. Save a copy and print it out for your reference

NOTE:

Only students who have paid their Hall/Hostel Fees in full shall be admitted into the Halls of Residence after selecting a Room and a Bed using your Hall/Hostel Voucher. Hall Officials are to strictly observe this requirement.
