The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) on Friday, January 26, 2024 presented two industrial sewing machines to the University’s Department of Fashion Design and Textiles.
The SRC President Theophilius Biney mentioned that the machines, initially a gift from the Ghana National Union of Technical Students (GNUTS), are now handed over to support practical training.
Accompanied by the Dean of Students Affairs, Dr. Elizabeth Obinnim, the SRC executives received commendation from the Head of Fashion Department, Dr. Daniel Agbeko, and Dean of Faculty of Art and Design, Dr. Richard Gbadegbe, for enhancing the department’s resources.
Mr. Emmanuel Selase, Ag. Director of Public Affairs, expressed Management’s gratitude and encouraged further collaboration.
