Under the Gender Equality Partnerships Project, Ho Technical University, the University of Nottingham, and the Association of African Universities are pleased to invite female STEM lecturers from Ghanaian Technical Universities to participate in a two-day Writing Workshop scheduled to take place in Accra, Ghana, on Tuesday, May 13th, and Wednesday, May 14th, 2025. This workshop will be followed by a 10-month Mentorship Programme specifically designed to address the challenges faced by participants in securing leadership positions due to limited research output.
This opportunity is open to female STEM academics in Technical Universities in Ghana who are seeking to advance their research careers and enhance their leadership trajectories.
