Mr. Francis Komla Ganyaglo has been appointed Mr. Francis Komla Ganyaglo as Acting Director of Public Affairs, following the compulsory retirement of Mr. Emmanuel Wisdom Selase, Deputy Registrar, on March 24, 2026.
Mr. Selase had held the role in an acting capacity since 2022.
Mr. Ganyaglo, a Senior Assistant Registrar, serves as Alumni Relations Officer under the Directorate of Public Affairs. With a background in marketing he is expected to bring leadership and expertise to advancing the University’s corporate image and strengthening stakeholder engagement.
His appointment signals a new phase for the Directorate as HTU continues to enhance its visibility and reputation within Ghana’s higher education landscape.
