IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

1. Duration of Fees: The fees cover only one (1) Academic year.

2. Registration Requirements: To qualify for registration of courses for the semester:

School Fees: Students must pay at least 60% of their school fees in the first semester and pay the remaining in the second semester.
Hostel Fees: Must be paid in FULL during the first semester.
SRC Dues: Must be paid in FULL during the first semester.

3. Non-Refundable Policy: Fees paid are NOT REFUNDABLE.

4. Payment Method: Full payment of Fees should be paid into HTU Dollar A/C No. 6040206926 at any networked Branch of Zenith Bank Ltd.

5. Hostel Fees: The above fees exclude Hostel Fees.

6. Immigration Fees: Immigration Fees are for the issuance of Residence Permit by the Immigration Service of Ghana.

2. Inform the Teller that you are paying for the HTU Hall Voucher

3. Specify the hall and room type (e.g., GETFUND 4-in-1 Large)

4. Receive receipt with voucher details (PIN and serial number)

5. Login to students' portal → Accommodation Menu

6. Book a bed using voucher information

7. Present printout to the hall when reporting
