IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

1. Duration of Fees: The fees cover only one(1) Academic year of the Programme.

2. Registration Requirements: To qualify for registration of courses for the semester:

• School Fees: Students must pay at least 60% of their school fees in the first semester and pay the remaining in the second semester.
• Hostel Fees: Must be paid in FULL during the first semester.
• SRC Dues: Must be paid in FULL during the first semester.

3. Non-Refundable Policy: Fees paid are NOT REFUNDABLE.

4. Payment Method: Full payment of Fees should be paid into HTU Dollar A/C No. 6040206926 at any networked Branch of Zenith Bank Ltd.

5. Hostel Fees: The above fees exclude Hostel Fees.

6. Immigration Fees: Immigration Fees are for the issuance of Residence Permit by the Immigration Service of Ghana.

Additional Charges for Refrigerators:

A) Table Top Fridge: GH₵420

B) Double Decker Fridge: GH₵532

Accommodation Booking Procedure:

1. Visit any Zenith Bank Branch nationwide

2. Inform the Teller that you are paying for the HTU Hall Voucher

3. Specify the hall and room type (e.g., GETFUND 4-in-1 Large)

4. Receive receipt with voucher details (PIN and serial number)

5. Login to students' portal → Accommodation Menu

6. Book a bed using voucher information

7. Present printout to the hall when reporting

Administrative & Service Charges (GH₵)

The following fees apply for various administrative services and documents:

1. Transcript Fees:

• Regular Transcript: GH₵70.00
• Express Transcript: GH₵90.00
• Additional copies: Attract GH₵20.00 per copy

2. Certified True Copy:

• First 5 copies: GH₵50.00
• Additional copies: Attract GH₵5.00 per copy

3. Payment Policy: Part payment of Fees would NOT be Accepted.

4. Refund Policy: Fees paid are NOT REFUNDABLE.

5. Payment Method: University Fees should be paid through EAGLEPAY at any networked Branch of GCB Bank LTD.

6. Processing Time:

• Regular Transcript: 5-10 working days
• Express Transcript: 2-3 working days
• Other documents: 3-5 working days

7. Required Documents: For ID card replacement, a police report is required for lost cards.

8. Receipts: Keep all payment receipts for reference and verification.
