Dr. Michael T. K. Todoko was appointed Acting Registrar of the University on 28 March 2026. As Chief Administrative Officer and Custodian of the University Seal, he provides strategic leadership and oversight for the University's administrative systems, ensuring the effective implementation of institutional policies and decisions while promoting sound governance and operational excellence.
Dr. Todoko brings to the position a wealth of administrative experience and extensive institutional knowledge gained through years of dedicated service to the University. Prior to his appointment as Acting Registrar, he served as the substantive Director of the Human Resource Directorate from January 2021, where he championed strategic human resource reforms and strengthened staff management systems.
