Welcome to the International Programmes and Institutional Linkages Office of Ho Technical University where we ascribe to helping you understand all issues regarding international relations of the University. At the International Programmes Office, we appreciate and promote students international needs through exchange programmes, organisation of summer schools and forums on study abroad opportunities tailored at shaping students education, promoting global practical experience and innovation of our cherished students. We believe that these experiences will endow them with competencies and leadership qualities, that would boost their confidence.

Prof. Eli Atatsi was appointed as Assistant Tutor in the Liberal Studies Department in Ho Technical University, erstwhile Ho Technical Institute in 1995. She rose through the ranks after she obtained her PhD and became an Associate Professor in October, 2024.

About the International Programmes Office

The Office of International Programmes and Institutional Linkages of Ho Technical University was created in 2013 as part of the University's efforts to attain the highest international appeal and standing as specified in its vision and strategic plans.

The Office aspires to become a centre of service excellence contributing keenly to Ho Technical University's internationalization and partnerships agenda.

English Proficiency Programme

📖 Programme Overview

The English Language Proficiency Center prepares non-English speaking students who wish to further their studies at HTU for degree programs. Upon completion, learners receive a Proficiency Certificate in English Language.

Summer School: In collaboration with the Language Department, the Office organizes summer schools for international students to enhance spoken and written English.

Target Groups: Students, Professionals, Corporate Bodies, Government workers.

  • 3 Months Intensive: 200 USD
  • 6 Months Intensive: 450 USD
  • 1 Academic Year: 800 USD
