The Department emanated from the Department of Accounting & Finance based on its distinguished programme offered and the fast growing number of students admitted on the programme. Currently, the department offers only Higher National Diploma in Purchasing & Supply, however, there is still more room to expand through the introduction of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management Programmes.

Objectives

  • To provide students with an in-depth knowledge and understanding in Logistics, Purchasing, Stores & Warehousing Management.
  • To equip students with basic tools for analytical thinking, good judgment, entrepreneurship and other critical skills.
  • To produce effective individuals, team players and leaders who could work across boundaries of function, industry and region in a world characterised by complexity and overwhelming challenges.
