AgricEng

The Department offers four programmes namely: Master of Technology (MTech), Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Agricultural Engineering and Agricultural Engineering Technician 1.

Objectives

Agricultural Engineering Department, in collaboration with other institutions and industry in the areas of curriculum development, industrial attachment, supervision of students and assessment, provides specialized education and training, in the engineering sciences and their applications in the field of agriculture. These enable graduates to meet the industrial challenges of the agricultural engineering profession in a rapidly changing environment such as exists in a developing country like Ghana.
