FashionDesign

The Department offers a three-year programme in HND Fashion, Design and Textiles and a 2-year non-tertiary Advanced Fashion programme. The Courses offered in the Department aim at developing students to become fashion designers, writers and teachers. Students are also trained to be independent to establish small-scale businesses.


Objectives

  • To provide adequate academic and training facilities to equip its graduates with the desired competencies and skills to meet the demands of the industry.
  • To increase the income generating capacity of the Department.
  • To provide expert service in fashion design and textiles to the public.
