As part of the efforts of the University to attain the highest international appeal and standing possible; and to enhance academic collaborations, Ho Technical University have established and maintained collaboration and partnership with 21 universities and institutions of higher learning across the globe.

Major among the areas of focus of these collaborations are academic exchange, research and staff capacity building and staff/student exchange.
